Yasser’s life changes forever when his son suddenly goes missing.
 

The case shocks the public and sparks widespread outrage. However, things take a darker turn when Yasser himself becomes the prime suspect. 
 

With no solid alibi and a fragile relationship with his wife, Dahlia, all evidence seems to point directly at him. But is Yasser truly guilty? 

Or is there something far more sinister lurking beneath the surface?
 

Desperate to clear his name, Yasser begins his own investigation, uncovering one secret after another, leading to a list of unexpected suspects.

  • Episode 1: A Good Boy 

The town of Kuala Makar is shaken when a beloved young boy, Ahyan, 8 suddenly goes missing. As search efforts begin and fear spreads through the community, the case quickly draws attention from both the police and the public. But when the child is eventually found dead, grief turns into suspicion as questions begin to surface about the people closest to him. With multiple possible suspects emerging, the investigation slowly starts to point back to the boy’s own father.
 

  • Episode 2: Web of Lies 

Held in 24-hour custody, Yasser becomes the main target of the police investigation. Believing that he is hiding something, Inspektor Kamal subjects him to intense questioning. Dahlia questions her husband’s detainment, only to be confronted with questions about her own whereabouts on the day of the incident. At the same time, the newly released full post-mortem report raises new questions and pushes one person further under suspicion.
 

  • Episode 3: Trial by Fire 

Yasser and Dahlia’s marriage becomes further strained as they struggle to come to terms with Ahyan’s death, realizing that blame and guilt will not bring their son back. At the same time, public suspicion turns sharply toward Yasser, who soon finds himself under intense media scrutiny. As tensions continue to rise, Yasser uncovers a disturbing lead and decides to take matters into his own hands.
 

  • Episode 4: Presumed Guilty 

After a violent episode, Yasser begins to doubt his actions, pushing him into a spiral of paranoia and guilt. Dahlia takes action to keep their dark secret. Meanwhile a series of inconsistencies lead Yasser to question Bahamin, Ahyan’s school custodian.
 

  • Episode 5: The Boy in the Mirror 

Yasser reaches a breaking point and hurts others in his search for Ahyan’s killer. As he becomes more unpredictable, Dahlia looks deeper into his blackouts and secrets he can no longer explain. At the same time memories from the pasts surface, threatening Yasser’s reality. 
 

  • Episode 6: Original Sin

 Yasser finally begins to face the truth behind the blackouts he has been experiencing. He starts to question what really happened and what his mind may have been hiding from him all this time. He also must face the truth that his actions have deeply affected the people he cares about most.
 

  • Episode 7: Marked by Blood 

Yasser believes that he cannot escape the darkness that he has inherited. Haunted by the pain he has caused, and may further cause, he decides to face the consequences of his actions. But Dahlia refuses to let him destroy himself and tries to stop him before it’s too late. Yasser grapples with the truth as he realises who the killer is.
 

  • Episode 8: Monster

Yasser finally comes face to face with Ahyan’s killer, desperate to know why it all happened. As the truth begins to unfold, everything that led to this moment is revealed. Every clue and every thread starts to connect. In the end everyone is involved, no one walks away untouched.
